Always bow when entering and exiting the dojo

When the instructor asks students to lineup stand shoulder to shoulder with highest ranking student to your right

Mokuso is practiced at the beginning and end of each class

Dojo Kun is recited at the end of class

No jewellery is to be worn in class

WHEN YOU ARRIVE

Please ensure you have enough time to put on your gi (karate uniform) and belt prior to class starting

Lockers are provided in the changerooms for day use

You must bring your own lock

If class has already begun, please kneel at the entrance of the dojo for the instructor to invite you in
